Middle Creek Ready for Snow Goose Migration (Lancaster County, PA) - A wildlife management area in Lancaster County is ready for thousands of Canada Snow Geese and other migrating birds. The visitor's center at the Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area is now open for the season. Each year, people flock to the area to view tens of thousands of snow geese that stop over for a few weeks as they travel to their Arctic breeding grounds. Officials say you'll probably see tundra swans and other ducks and geese, too.
