GOOSE CREEK — A Mount Pleasant man was killed while walking along a Berkeley County road just after midnight Nov. 22.Isaac L. Frasier was struck by a 2005 Lincoln Town Car that was traveling south on Red Bank Road in Goose Creek, authorities said. The 50-year-old man was identified by the Berkeley County Coroner's Office the next day.Cpl. David Jones, of the South Carolina Highway Patrol, said the driver was not injured.
