Berkeley County Library System (BCLS) will co-host Lawn and Garden Hacks: Propagation with Christopher Burtt, Clemson University Cooperative Extension area horticulture agent for Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties, from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, at Goose Creek Library, 325 Old Moncks Corner Road in Goose Creek.
