Law enforcement's response to a March 17 call for service at a complex basketball court in Goose Creek saw officers waved over to the body of an unidentified male who was lying on the ground face-up and was later declared deceased. At approximately 8 p.m., Berkeley County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) deputies began "triaging" the victim of multiple gunshot wounds at 5000 Harbour Lake Drive, as stated in a corresponding police media release. The body was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital, where the male in question was pronounced dead.
