Two Columbia men have been arrested on four total charges connected to the attempted sexual exploitation of minors. According to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, 31-year-old Joseph Daniel Garcia and 28-year-old Micka White were arrested in unrelated cases by the Goose Creek Police Department and Mount Pleasant Police Department. Investigators state that White solicited a person he believed to be a minor for sex and Garcia encouraged a person he believed to be a minor to produce sexual material.
